Bateyunga Kelvin Paul
Kelvin attained his LLB from Mzumbe University and followed it up by successfully completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDL) from the Law School of Tanzania. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the East Africa Law Society.
Kelvin specialized areas of practice are corporate and commercial laws, banking and capital financing, litigation, real estate and conveyance, NGO and Non-Profit regulatory compliance, and employment and labor relations laws.
Having worked in banking industry as head of legal and recovery for more than eight years and having worked with multilateral corporations as legal, risk and compliance, Kelvin comes with vast experience in matters legal risk management, compliance and investment laws. Mr. Bateyunga is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.

Nictagon Amon Itege
Nictagon attained his LLB from Tumaini University and followed it up by successfully completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDL) from the Law School of Tanzania. Nictagon specialized areas of practice are corporate and commercial laws, banking and Telecommunication Law, Automotive, itigation, real estate and conveyance and employment and labor relations laws.
Having worked in banking industry for more than five (5) years in different managerial positions and having worked with Telecommunication and Automotive companies for more than six (6) years, Nictagon comes with vast experience in corporate commercial laws, as well as litigation and labour laws.
Mr. Nictagon Itege is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.

Herry Zablon Ngoitiama
Mr. Herry Ngoitiama is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and courts subordinate there to. He is an accomplished legal practitioner, researcher, litigation lawyer and is very knowledgeable in handling and drawing complex legal instruments. He is a tax expert, with knowledge in matters corporate and commercial laws, having completed his LL.M at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). He has attained his LL.B from Mzumbe University and PGDLP from Law School of Tanzania.
Herry has worked as a Manager of Human resource and head of legal in various esteemed companies, subsequently, he has effectively advised and represented major corporate and financial institutions in labour matters. Mr. Ngoitiama is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Joel Damas Simirya
Joel is an LLB holder from Mzumbe University and a graduate at the law school of Tanzania awaiting to be sworn in as an advocate of The High Court of Tanzania. He comes with vast experience in matters conveyancing and labour laws, having facilitated permits for Hundreds of foreign experts who works in the country for more than six years, with a special eye in matters investment and corporate law.
He has successfully represented many clients in labour courts and the commission for mediation and arbitration. Land tribunals has been his second home, for quite some years he has represented the clients in land disputes at the tribunals, Mr. Simirya boosts with his record
